Customers are responsible for providing correct contact, shipping, and order details. Y&Q Perfumes will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed through WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch. Y&Q Perfumes reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or suspicious orders.
